Superintendent

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure schedules and milestones are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and minimize waste.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
